From the first call to the last email with my receipt Bruce Jones Air was knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, efficient, and an all around great business to deal with. Purchasing a new A/C is a large ticket item and they made me fell comfortable and confident choosing which unit to install in my home. Once I made the decision they had me scheduled in no time. The technicians showed up on time in a professional manner. There was damage to the air handler when they unpacked it so the loaded it back up in their truck and went to pick up a new on from the manufacturer. They were back within the hour and began the install. The install was clean and done right from top to bottom. I was shown how the system worked and was asked if I had any other questions multiple times prior to them leaving to make sure I was satisfied. I have found a company that I will use from now on for any of my A/C needs and will HIGHLY recommend Bruce Jones Air to my neighbors and friends. Thank you for an outstanding top notch consumer experience.

We recently replaced our air conditioner on one side of the house. The process couldn’t have been easier or run smoother. The workmen showed up on time and were very courteous. They immediately went to work with no breaks and did a fantastic job on the installation. I would also note that service after the sale is superb since we’ve used the company in the past. We called them after reading all of the positive reviews and I am glad we did. We had a big name AC company come out the day before and the technician told us we needed to buy a new AC unit. This was my second time calling this company, and both experiences have been absolutely incredible. I feel confident saying: this is the right team to trust for your HVAC needs.

I was dealing with frozen coils, water damage in the ceiling below the unit, backed-up pipes—the list goes on. They came out the same day I called, within just a couple of hours. Not only did they fix everything—AC blasting again, pipes cleared—they stayed until I had all my questions answered and even walked me through what to do next time something happens.

I’ve NEVER worked with a more attentive, efficient, and genuinely kind company. They’re responsive, thorough, and most importantly, reasonable. They never took advantage of the urgency or the long list of issues. I would recommend them to anyone.
