I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bruce Jones Air. From the first call to the last email with my receipt Bruce Jones Air was knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, efficient, and an all around great business to deal with. Purchasing a new A/C is a large ticket item and they made me fell comfortable and confident choosing which unit to install in my home. Once I made the decision they had me scheduled in no time. The technicians showed up on time in a professional manner. There was damage to the air handler when they unpacked it so the loaded it back up in their truck and went to pick up a new on from the manufacturer. They were back within the hour and began the install. The install was clean and done right from top to bottom. I was shown how the system worked and was asked if I had any other questions multiple times prior to them leaving to make sure I was satisfied. I have found a company that I will use from now on for any of my A/C needs and will HIGHLY recommend Bruce Jones Air to my neighbors and friends. Thank you for an outstanding top notch consumer experience.

1/5/2026 Update on continued excellence in service. Just got my system checked and cleaned again and would still highly recommend Bruce Jones Air to anyone needing this service. Responsive and efficient. You can't go wrong calling on Bruce Jones Air!

Top-notch service from Bruce Jones AC! They installed my new American Standard 17 SEER system perfectly. The variable-speed fan is incredible for tackling Florida humidity.

They handled the TECO rebate instantly and backed the install with a rare 10-year Parts and Labor Warranty. Honest pricing and extremely professional crew. Highly recommend and will be utilizing their services again in the future!!!

Bruce Jones Air Conditioning

We recently replaced our air conditioner on one side of the house. The process couldn’t have been easier or run smoother. The workmen showed up on time and were very courteous. They immediately went to work with no breaks and did a fantastic job on the installation. I would also note that service after the sale is superb since we’ve used the company in the past. We highly recommend Bruce Jones Air for all your air conditioning needs.

Bruce Jones Air Conditioning came out to our house and quickly were able to remedy an issue we were having. We called them after reading all of the positive reviews and I am glad we did. We had a big name AC company come out the day before and the technician told us we needed to buy a new AC unit. Bruce was quickly able to determine that there was nothing wrong with our unit, we just needed a minor fix with our drain pipe.

Five Stars for an HVAC Team That Truly Cares

This was my second time calling this company, and both experiences have been absolutely incredible. I feel confident saying: this is the right team to trust for your HVAC needs.

I was dealing with frozen coils, water damage in the ceiling below the unit, backed-up pipes—the list goes on. They came out the same day I called, within just a couple of hours. Not only did they fix everything—AC blasting again, pipes cleared—they stayed until I had all my questions answered and even walked me through what to do next time something happens.

I’ve NEVER worked with a more attentive, efficient, and genuinely kind company. They’re responsive, thorough, and most importantly, reasonable. They never took advantage of the urgency or the long list of issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you to the entire team!

Bruce Jones Air Conditioning was outstanding! They responded quickly when our AC system failed, provided a competitive quote, and installed our new unit in the attic — not an easy job — with professionalism and care. The team was courteous, efficient, and cleaned up everything afterward. We were impressed from start to finish and will absolutely use them again.

I recently had an outstanding experience with this family-owned company. From the first call, Christine was prompt, kind, and efficient in scheduling my appointment. Josh and Eddie arrived the next day, quickly identified the issue, and replaced the fan the very same day. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while also being honest—never trying to upsell or push unnecessary products. Their pricing was very fair, and the level of care they showed truly stood out. They even took the time to check on my neighbor’s system, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer-first approach. A caring, family-owned business that delivers excellent service—I highly recommend them.

Great service, honesty, and reliability can be hard to find with HVAC, but they deliver all three every single time. Been using them for years, truly a rare find.
